Learn how to process emotions, identify triggers and discover your authentic self. Through interactive activities, discussions, and practical tools, classes foster emotional intelligence and strengthens relationships.

Swahili Language Classes

We offer one-on-one, group and conversation classes for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. We also offer a self-paced course through Quizlet with custom audio.

Tension/Trauma Release Exercises (TRE)®
